Update: My cat quickly lost interest in this toy, but that’s okay because the flapping mechanism inside is very strong and the battery lasts FOREVER, so I took the mechanism out and stuffed it in a toy that he likes a lot (and that the original flapper I put inside stopped working) and it works great. The best part is that I filled the jack o lantern shell with stuffing after cleaning it up and now I have an adorable little friend. The flapper from this toy probably has the best battery life of all these toys I’ve bought since the very first one I got a year ago that is no longer available, so honestly I’m even happier with it now because I got two toys for one price, a replacement for one of my cats favorite toys and one of the cutest little Halloween friends I’ve ever seen, and now I don’t have to feel sad while my cat attacks this cute little guy. The quality of the shell is so nice too that it rivals actual stuffed toys intended for humans. Great quality all around, I love it.My cats favorite toys are ones that flap and “struggle” when he plays with them because he’s a menace, so I’ve been buying him a bunch because they eventually break and he’s very attached to them. I picked this one because honestly it’s adorable and I love it even if he doesn’t (spoiler: he does love it actually). I love the look and size of it and it flaps so hard that it kind of crawls across the floor which is very exciting. It makes bird noises which my cat loves too.I call it Jack and ask my cat where he is and my cat with walk around carrying it around in his mouth because it’s fluffy and it wriggles which is his favorite. I love the toy so much I almost feel bad when my cat is playing with it. It felt a little pricey, but honestly it’s worth it AND it’s usb c rechargeable which I love because I have plenty of ways to charge it and I don’t have to struggle to find a micro usb cord like I do with his other toys. 10/10

Easy to charge and fun to watch, however a bit disappointing that my cat has little interest in it, even though it makes realistic sounds like a bird and it moves when touched .

The media could not be loaded. We got a baby Maine Coon boy and it his absolute favorite toy! 💙🦉✨ Thought he would need something to wrestle, since he had a brother in the litter. It really helps him throughout the day when we are working too! He’s got a lovey and playmate all in one!✨😻✨

Too loud! Thy say tap the top..... not! Can't turn off chirp! Annoying wake up!I think even my kitty thinks it is! Once the chirp stops - sometimes he walks away!

Functions but sound is very harsh. We have two similar bird toys from a different brand, and for some reason the penguin sounds like a blown out car speaker... Cute but could be better! I’m not sure if ours is defective but definitely not worth the full price…
