Costs more but you get less.
Not as bright as my old buruit and does not have a setting memory. So with 6 settings you have to cycle through all of them to turn it on and off. Also the batteries they provided are very weak in quality and life. The only positive I can give this is that the head strap and battery holder are more comfortable.
