Don't give up. It takes a while to get used to. No more hair removal cream, tweezers, waxing, threading etc for me. This is a fantastic hair removal tool that actually works. It works on both long and short hairs and pulls the hair out straight from the root - I use it for neck and chin area. After threading I got regrowth in fours days and after waxing the regrowth appeared after a week or so. With this tool your looking at five days - bit more than threading, a bit less than waxing. Its been life changing for me - no more expensive appointments, no time consumng plucking or use of hair removal cream in between appointments. I wouldn't be without this now and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely useless item - awkward and clumsy to hold. If it does grab a hair it just seems to be by pure chance. I don't see why anyone would use this instead of tweezers.

Bought this and wasn't too impressed at first as the product itself looks unassuming and I thought it was quite flimsy. It did not come with English instructions as promised either! However, I youtubed how to use it and now that I know how to, its quite an effective tool! Gets a lot hair out, but it is quite painful (maybe less than threading but in the upper lip area does really hurt)).I would recommend this product for getting rid of facial hairs as its very cost effective. As a tip for those of you who don't know how to use it, you need to bend the epistick in half and then roll it outwards on your face in two swift motions. I kept rolling it inwards and was wondering why this product doesnt work!

Being an olived skinned person and very dark black thick hair , I bought this spring mainly for my upper lip area . While it does its job on the upperlip , its pretty much it. The product depends on how good you are at it , which makes it difficult for those who do not have eye-hand co-ordination . It does not work on the forehead , but removes peach fuzz( pain is just horrible) and fine hairs on the chin and nose ( on the bridge only , not inside , ). Buy one and try , but do not pay more than 3 pounds for it . Also , make sure you do it right after a hot shower and also moisturize immediately after .

Female facial hair is such a taboo, After getting to that time in my life where facial hair was starting to be a problem, I started looking around for solutions. Would I wax (too harsh), shave (too man-ly), bleach (too much faff)? This product is fab and cheap, it takes a few goes to get to grips with (it did for me anyway) but I use it around the jaw/chin/mouth and its so easy and effective. Would definitely recommend.

Not the nicest tool in the world !? Still less painful then threading.Think I'll stick to my moustache !

Terrific little gadget. It uses no power and is effective. Takes a (tiny) bit of practice but it works and is much less fiddly than threading. There is a bit of pain but that's normal with epilation. It's small and weighs almost nothing (and has no sharp blades) so it will be easy to travel with. Very happy with purchase.

I can't seem to get this to work. Seems to be a cool bendy spring thing for playing with, but seems pretty pointless as a little hair puller. I'll stick to the tweezers, thank you very much.
