Good for the commute and small grocery trips
Amazon, why oh why do you ask for a review after a week of purchase when there is no time to use and test the product fully before you send a MarketPlace email? If I wait until I have, I will forget to review so here goes. This was a bit of a panic buy after I trapped a nerve in my shoulder from lumping around a 30L back back for 3 years. I needed to carry less of my work stuff and this seemed a sensible option without going through the whole hassle and cost of pannier rack and bags. The water proof credentials haven’t been tested yet (because it hasn’t rained on my commutes and errands this past week Amazon) but being a 10L capacity, I cannot carry as much as I used to. However it is more than adequate to fit my coffee flask, overnight oats and a small lunch box for my commute. Easily enough space for a pair of my size 11 trainers. I have managed to fit more that stretched the space and the extra weight is negligible up hill. Will be excellent to squash in clothes and small grocery trips in the future as well as maybe a short tour.I like the graduated slots for a rear light and the reflective strips on the back. It is easy to attach and take off the seat and seat tube and seems well made after using for a week. My only (small) gripe is that the back strap is not long enough to fit around the back of the bag when full but this is really of no consequence as the roller buckle system is secure enough without it.

Pretty decent for the price
I just did a 3 day tour using this bag as the main storage for clothes, casual shoes, toiletries etc. It's plenty big enough for a minimalistic few days away.In terms of fit and sturdiness, it's pretty good. The buckle strap is important in terms of getting it to stay still. But once you've got to grips with that (not simple to maintain tension) it stays in place and you don't notice it at all when riding. One thing to note though.... DON'T cut the length of the buckle strap just to tidy things up. I did this and the whole thing frayed and became unusable.

Fully waterproof & seems very durable
Working as a cycle courier full time, I've been looking for a simple way to carry spare parts and clothes on my bike rather than in my bag. I've also got plans for a long distance bikepacking tour in Central Asia - and would rather avoid pannier racks/bags due to the weight. This saddle bag seemed to fit the bill given that it has heat sealed seams (like Ortlieb pannier bags), and also has multiple straps to avoid the bag swinging on the saddle in off-road conditions. There weren't many reviews, but I figured it was worth a shot. And so far, after 600+km of riding on London roads, bike paths and muddy tracks, I'm very pleased. My gear has stayed totally dry, the seals and material seem very durable, and - with a little adaptation of the straps that attach to the saddle rails - there is very little saddle swing. The bag also extends far enough to act as a wide rear mudguard.I'll update this review if I notice any signs of wear or tear - or any performance issues. But as it stands, I am very pleased with the bag and certainly happy to recommend it.

A great find
I have tried another type of bag for weekend riding, but have never really been happy. They were never quite large enough and never fully waterproof.I am really pleased to have given this one a go.Made from a fully waterproof material. Excellent.I managed to pack all the essentials for a weekend away.Trainers.Jeans.T shirts.Etc. Etc.And still had room if I had a wanted add a few extras.Had a few practices at fixing the bag to my bike prior to going.Initially a little bit fiddly but nothing to worry about. The bag fitted really well to the bike. Didn’t wobble around whilst cycling. And was completely waterproof.Would definitely recommend.

Cracking value. Should last a good few cycle tours.
Really good bag. Great value at £36. Took it around the French Alps for 5 days. Had sone rain but no problems, everything remained dry. Well secured and variable storage capacity. Good to be able to leave the bag and contents outside the tent each night still attached to the bike knowing it won't leak. So much more convenient than unpacking or taking it off and finding space in the tent every night. I also purchased the 'BTR Water Resistant Handlebar Bike Bag with Phone/Navigation Pocket' for about £20 which I used for valuables and electronics to take that in the tent each night. That bag isn't quite the same build quality but still good and it worked well and came in very useful for quick access. Although there may be handlebar bags with clips that are even better. I can't see many saddle bags beating this for bud quality and functionality. Fit plenty of clothes in there stuffed in deep, plus a couple of lightweight down jackets compressed down tight.

Bikepacking trips, no problem.
Used it for a weekend trip. Absolutely no problems fitting in shoes/spare clothes, (jeans, tshirt and jumper)/small toiletries and chargers. You do have to pack it compact and smart but you can get everything in. However if you're packing just shorts and a tshirt as your spare clothes you'll have no problem at all.Bag didn't budge one bit, I did the "knee into the wheel" technique to get the bag as tight as I could. (YouTube gcn bikepacking for the technique).Couldn't feel the bag at all, takes a few minutes to get used to the weight distribution but it's so easy to ride, much better than a backpack.Definite buy!

Fits well, carries plenty, feels secure. Thumbs up.
Suitably impressed with this (enough to write a review at least). I needed something to carry a bit of gear when doing the coast to coast. I stored enough for an overnight stay (T-shirt/shorts/light shoes), food, toiletries, toolkit, couple of inner tubes. There was still plenty of room. It upsets the balance of the bike a little and we did ~160miles, had to keep tightening the straps every 10 miles or so or it started to move a little but it’s a tiny gripe. Was perfectly suited for the task and I’ll be using it again. 4/5.
