Product description Your order will be hand packed by one of our seafood experts with the appropriate transit refrigeration methods. Please note we are unable to deliver Fresh or Frozen products to Highlands and Islands due to prolonged transit times. The day of despatch you will be emailed full courier tracking information and your order will be placed on a next working day service with our trusted courier. We place all orders on a next working day service to ensure that items are not in prolonged transit. As our products are unsuitable for extended transit times we are only able to despatch orders Monday – Thursday (no orders are despatched Friday – Sunday) as such deliveries will take place Tuesday – Friday. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone is available to take in the delivery. If you are not going to be available we kindly request that you specify in the gift message box where the consignment can be left i.e. a safe place.
