Great product great size and easy to assemble made to last

Product takes nearly a day to assemble but the instructions are clear and the finished product is excellent and good value for money. One small item arrived damaged but can get no response from customer service at all. Great product, non-existant after sales service!

We love this house in terms of the design, how it looks, the features and especially the picnic bench is an amazing feature which has provided hours of fun! My daughters eat their lunch on the bench and love it. They also spend hours playing in the house ‘cooking’. However the quality of the wood is questionable as the roof went completely mouldy after one winter and has warped so much that it looks awful. Same happened to the post box, and the door doesn’t close now due to this issue. We got it in September just before the weather got colder and in that time I was able to paint the outside before winter really set in. Come spring, any part that I hadn’t painted (except the bench) - the roof, the inside - had warped and gone mouldy. I would advise you to paint it as soon as it’s assembled to protect the wood. I assumed the roof was painted suitably to protect it but it clearly wasn’t. We now have to do lots of repairs to the roof, I wish we had painted and added a better cover to the top as soon as we got it. The roof is also incredibly flimsy and needs strengthening. The post box also warped beyond repair after one winter, again I didn’t paint this. So I would say it’s an excellent house if you are prepared to put in some extra work at the start to protect and strengthen.

It looks good but several slits in the wood making it dangerous as a child could get a cut from the edge of the wood. This is not a strong item and much toooo expensive - definitely not value for money. I have to admit on being disappointed as I don’t know how long this shall last. I would return it only for 5he bother my husband went to building it up. I certainly will not be recommending this product to anyone.. P.S. I would like to know how to return this item as it was already damaged on arrival. Please contact me as soon as you receive this message. Thank you

No assembly instructions. Screw packet was open and all over the box. Large part missing. Paint was faded/worn down in areas of bench. Splits and damage to wood. Screw holes half drilled in wrong places. Do not but for this expensive price

I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this item. For the price that you pay is shocking! The quality is so bad and definitely not the size it says it is! Avoid buying this! You’ll just be wasting your money!

DI VI NA La compramos para el cumpleaños de mi hija el año pasado. La he personalizado y le encanta, a ella y a mí. La he puesto de los mismos colores de nuestta casa. He cambiado los grifos de color y todo admite personalizacion, si os gusta la estructura pero el color no, atreveros porque es muy agradecida. Es madera de verdad y puede trabajarse perfectamente. Es fácil de montar, solo que entretenido porque es grande.

It was easy to assemble and arrived quickly. I love the swing on the outside, and the kitchen comes with the hardware to nail it down, but we will leave ours loose. My niece loves it!

This playhouse has quickly become the star of our backyard! My kids absolutely adore it—they’re constantly cooking up pretend meals, playing house, and even running their own little “drive-thru” out the window. The attached picnic table is genius; they love serving up their creations and sitting down together to “eat.” The little touches like the curtains, mailbox, real swinging door, and cute windows make it feel magical and realistic, and it’s sturdy enough to handle hours of wild play. Assembly wasn’t bad at all, and once it was up, it looked so cute sitting in our yard. What I love most is how much imagination it sparks. My kids spend more time outside now, laughing, pretending, and making memories. If you’re looking for something that’s fun, durable, and totally worth it, this playhouse is it. Hands down one of our favorite purchases!

Giving this a 5 start as of right now because it was very straight forward on how to build this! My partner and I had no issues on instructions. It did take time though! Only thing I’m a little disappointed in, is the swing is pretty small. My child is 19 months and 30lbs. She already fits it pretty good. Not sure how long it will last.
