AFO Foot Drop Brace - Drop Foot Brace for Walking - AFO - Unisex (Black)

I’m having “drop foot” issues due to pinched nerve in my lower back. This brace has helped so much since my foot is dead weight and I can’t control, turn or flex it. This brace keeps it lifted and in line and makes walking much easier. Using a small Bobby pin, I added a nylon string across my shoe lace holes and attached clip through that instead of attaching through my shoe laces. I was afraid it would ruin my shoelaces. I ordered a second brace that is 2 pieces so I can wear barefooted and at night. I highly recommend.

I have multiple sclerosis and it causes me to have a foot drop. I love that these are skin tone. Everything else is always black. Which is fine if your shoes are black. But in the summer I wear tennis shoes all the time that are white. A black brace and white shoes just shouts out " Hey look at me. I have a brace on my ankle!" Which then I have to field the questions of "what did you do to your ankle?" The price is great so I bought a few then just keep them connected to my shoes.

I used to wear AFOs. I have a form of peripheral neuropathy that has fluctuated throughout the years. I recently had a worsening of my neuropathy and was told to get cast-ed for a new AFOs. My neuropathy is mild, not severe. Basically if I'm not looking at my feet while walking or tired and consciously lifting at the knee enough to clear my foot drop I'll trip or fall. I wanted to avoid the tall ugly uncomfortable AFOs I've had in the past and my PT recommended this brace. I bought one at first to try, and it surprisingly works, so I bought a second. I'm learning to golf wearing these! Something I never though I would be able to do because of my foot drop. The only issue is it's difficult to work with my golf shoes and I had to get golf shoes that had the kind of laces that could withstand the pulling.

I have drop foot/similar in both feet (hopefully temporary the docs say). I hooked these guys up and I’m no longer walking off balance looking drunk, and can walk quicker. Highly recommend!

Does not work as advertised. I read the reviews and it sounded good, but it does not do the job in picking up foot and I actually almost tripped from dropped foot

This brace made it much easier for me to walk without tripping and falling. It was not uncomfortable to wear. I found it helpful.

This works exactly like it's supposed to! I have MS and have dealt with my left foot randomly dragging and tripping me. This worked amazingly and I completely forgot I was even wearing it during my 7 hours of nonstop walking and standing at work
