I was able to seal up my main entries with this stuff, and it sealed it up TIGHT! No more draft! It arrived in a simple bag, rolled up. It has a backing you peel off to expose the sticky part, and it’s a 3M style adhesive, which in my experience is about top of the line in adhesive. You get a good length of it in a roll. Easily enough to do two doors, with a bit left over. It’s black, like most weather stripping. I pit it up months ago, but waited to review until I was sure it was t going to fall off or anything. It’s held up perfectly. I even had to double it up at the top part of one door, and it still worked. If you have a draft, this will stop the air from leaking in/out, saving you money! So in a way it kinda pays for itself. The price is good considering how much you get, and the quality of the product. Just remember that YOU HAVE TO THOROUGHLY WIPE THE AREA WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL before you apply this, or any adhesive tapes. That’s why most people fail. If you don’t do that, I don’t care what you use, it will not properly adhere to the surface. Follow that rule, and your projects will be a success. I hope my review helps.

Easy to cut and easy to install worked great on door seal . We had a big snow storm move in and it blocked the small gap in door .

Easy to apply but not sticky enough. I doubt if it will hold up to daily wear and tear. It seems to be cutting the draft for now.

Easy to use and quality

This product worked ok, but it took a double layer in some spots...it's not nearly as wide as it looks in the picture. The adhesive was just ok, but I guess the cold door did not help the adhesion.

Working great so far and so easy to install

Putting this on my camper. Size and shape are perfect for my needs. Easy to install and create a good seal. Self stick adhesive works great! Good insulation and value.

The photos in the ad are not symbolic of the actual size of the product. I took several photos to compare it against those in the ad. With the product you receive, 4 packets of an alcohol wipe and two packages with a glove. This was a plus. Two of the photos in the ad suggest the seal is wider than a finger but I have included a photo using an index finger showing the finger extending over the weather strip on both sides. I also added a photo using a penny against the weather strip for a more realistic example. I took the product out of the shipping bag and put it into a zip lock (easier for me when in use). I then cut about an inch off of the seal and attached it to a tape measurer (at the 4" mark). It falls just over 1/4" (.25) and just under 3/8" (0.375). The Seller advertises the width as .39 of an inch so slightly off but not significantly enough to voice a concern. I have NOT used the product anywhere to create a weather break as I only received it last night. Due to the close shot in measuring the product, it was difficult to get a clear shot.

It fails to stick properly even on clean surfaces. The rubber feels stiff and does not seal gaps effectively, making it ineffective for soundproofing or insulation purposes.
