I think I have ordered this product many times. But the last batch was pretty bad. It was overcooked and blackish brown. Also, the taste was a little pungent giving the bunt-like taste. I also did not ask for a refund.Although I loved this product in earlier deliveries, but the last delivery was very disappointing and pethetic. A simple appeal to the manufacturer to please maintain the quality otherwise we have another option available on Amazon.

Present product is not satisfaid.the same previous product was very good. This time I’m not happy with your product.

I use it for my coffee, desserts, tea, everything as a sugar substitute and it tastes really good

Packaging is different from photo in real it look some cheap type white blank pack and small stickers on it of information and branding with very loosely glued but jaggery tastes good as compared to other palm jaggery don't know about any adultery but tastes good

Quality biscreally good. I was doubtful while purchasing if I get quality jaggery or not. But quality is satisfied

Verry poor in taste. Smell not good

I am very disappointed with this product. Made Nolen Gurer rosogollas with this but turned out the syrup had so many impurities .I had to filter it out .And found tiny pieces of some black object as well as in insect . Submitting a pictureI need some accountability as the entire effort has gone waste
