Purchased for a short-shaved Havanese. Coat has attractive cable knit and stretch of knit makes it easy to put onto dog. My dog wore it most of the day, indoors and out, in winter, when his hair was very short.

Way too large

Bought this in a large for my 85lb female Rottie who doesn’t like the cold. We live in Utah so we have plenty of snow in the winter. It fit her perfectly around the chest, neck and length of her body. I did notice as she wore it longer the fabric did seem to stretch more depending on how she would lay. I washed And dried it and it returned to its normal size. She didn’t seem to have any problems with it (this was her first piece of clothing at 2 years old) and enjoyed the extra scratches if it made her itch. I would but this for her again.

My dog loves this sweater and I have received so many compliments as I walk my dog in it.If you want a happy warm dog, buy this sweater!

UPDATE - my puppy wore this regularly (I bought 2) and I recently noticed scratches under both armpits from the sweater. She never cried and I feel so bad! Be warned. Not meant to be worn 24/7.This sweater was very easy to put on and looks very cute on my puppy. At first she tried to take it off by the portion of the sweater that hangs on her back only (open underneath). After a couple of hours she seems to have gotten over it and is ok with the sweater. The only complaint I have is that I wish the opening in the front were smaller, to cover more of her tummy area. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but none of her belly is covered. Perhaps this design is due to the fact that it’s unisex, as a male may need such a large opening to avoid urine getting on it. But it’s not needed for my female puppy whose entire belly is exposed (she has a large chest).My dog’s measurements were 17 length, 12 neck and 19 chest. I went with the chest measurement (size 14) and the fit was perfect.

The large fit our 25 pound puppy perfectly. It was soft, comfortable, the color was rich, and it was well made. I will be ordering more for my puppy and my other 2 dogs.

Lovely quality, warm jumper. With added bonus of access through jumper for harness walked dogs. The sizing guide is very poor, of which is why I have deducted one star. I purchased several other jumpers that fit perfectly. I would have returned for a different size but the jumper was obviously too cosy, Sophie didn't want to take it off. It is also now the first jumper she goes to get when she is getting chilly.

Really nice dog coat. Very pleased with quality. Good choice of colours. My dog had haircut yesterday and was concerned he'd feel the cold without his thick coat. Needed coat quickly and Amazon came up trumps and it arrived today. Was in quandry over sizing but many reviews commented that coat was generous. His coat fits and think next size up would have been too large. Just hope it doesn't shrink when washed.

Bought three of these in different sizes and colour for my three dogs. Even though I followed the sizing guide and measured accordingly, they definitely come up large - I had to change two for the next size down. Quality nice, ideal for after dogs have been clipped in winter and need a bit of extra covering.

Perfect for our chihuahua's. The fit is generous and theres no problem getting them on, even for our "Mr Grumps" who normally won't let us put a raincoat on him is perfectly happy to have this put over his head.At first i thought the jumper was a litle expensive but it's well made, warm and is generously cut on the underside for the little man in our pack and well worth the money.
