I spent most of my life using those cheap grocery store or other large clothes pin style bag clips and they always popped off if not done right, got caught on something and came off, and even if it didn’t the bag would get stale before I could finish something.Not with these! Sure you have to take time and fold the bag differently to make sure it clasps correctly, but I’ve yet to have something go stale on me after over a year of use!I use these in the freezer as well for frozen veggies and fruit, and they don’t seem to bat an eye.Love the funky colors too!

These are the best bag clips made. We have a bunch of these Linden Twixit! clips still going strong at 14 years old. That's how well made these clips are. These clips are made in Sweden of safe plastics with no BPA and are reasonably priced. Why would you buy a cheap knockoff product when you can have the original safe and long lasting product??? Buy the original Linden Twixit! clips as they work great and keep your food and other items sealed.

I started using Twixit years ago, to seal my bread bags, rather than having to mess with the pain-in-the-neck twist ties all the time. They're amazing, fast and so simple to use, and they have lasted for years. It's so nice to be able to click my fertilizer or snow-melt bags closed, so I don't have to worry about spilling what is left in the bags. You'll find them in my cupboards, fridge, freezer, garage, shed, office and elsewhere. Twixit is the only brand I buy any more.I've tried several other brands, too. They might cost a little less, but they fall apart or pop open. They don't even compare! Twixit makes a great wedding or shower gift, too.

These clips are so much more convenient than using twisty's, first time I open my bread I switch it out for one of these little guys. I also use these for frozen vegetables, even after being in the freezer they remain flexible to open & re-seal those bags.I only wish this assortment included at least one larger size for those big bags of chips.... I still use my traditional chip-clips for those.I've noticed that the seal these make aren't 100% air-tight (i.e. I can still squeeze out the air after clipping them closed), but they serve their purpose.

I remove twist ties as soon as I can and put these on. No more figuring out which way it twists!

Absolutely the best clips out there. Keeps chips and such air tight. I also use them for things like my garden soil. Keeps it closed tightly and rainwater can’t get in. We eat Ritz crackers a lot, but if you open a sleeve, what are you going to do when not using the whole sleeve? Twixit clips to the rescue! To the person who said only the big ones are of any value - that's kaka. I find dozens of uses. I bought a bag of ice melt. Have you seen how big those things are? Twixit keeps it closed 'til the next winter! And to the person who didn't like the colors ... really? How often are things you clip going to be on the kitchen counter? I've bought this twice - lost the first ones in the divorce!

I bought these through Ikea when Ikea still sold them as their 'Bevara' clips; but since Ikea now sells their own, highly inferior, clips instead, which break immediately rather than never as with these brilliant and highly robust Swedish-made ones, I hunted down the real ones here on Amazon and finally got some new Twixit clips which don't disappoint! These things are one of the best little innovations I'm aware of, I consider them an essential household product; many's the time I only had a spare small one even though I needed a bigger one, forced it closed thinking that this would be the time one of these things would finally break, and have been pleasantly astonished to find that the tiny little plastic clip holds firm anyway. Spectacular bargain at nine and a half bucks in much the same way they were a spectacular bargain from Ikea at three and a half bucks. Worth their weight in gold; don't waste your money on the crappy Ikea ones made from China from inferior plastic that breaks instantly. Made in Sweden by Twixit is worth every penny and then some.

I bought myself a set years ago and still use them. Very sturdy! Great for chip bags or any bags that aren't self-sealing. Good in the freezer too! Thought these would make a good addition to a wedding shower gift.

I do like these, i use the red ones for cerial.. the white ones for big crisps, and the green ones for my walnut bags.I keep a few in my work freezer bag, so there ready to hand. Keeps the moisture out when i have the freezer block in the bag. I used to use pegs/spring clips. Good stong seal, wonder if i will reach a million closures like label says.It took a while to come thru the post, but im still happy.
