We have tried to hard wire and Wi-Fi hook up to the Wi-Fi at home and can’t get it to connect

After purchase, I kept receiving a random call from an unknown number. It was late at night, I finally answered and it was the seller or some tech department reaching out to me and said I could call this number if I needed help with computer. I guess this happens often. Not a fan of solicitation.Finally set up the computer. The monitor was not working. It retains power but no picture. The cord I have did not connect. I feel like I’m missing a cord. No VGA port on back of monitor. Just DisplayPort and HDMI. Spent another $20 for new cords and adapters… nothing worked.I’m another $100 in for a new monitor and that works. I’ve ruled the original monitor doesn’t function.After buying a working monitor, the computer kept restarting. We got a black screen saying C drive is being fixed. Then an error that it can’t fix and to restart.Clicking the start menu, I noticed pre-installed programs for remote connection for “support”. With one click of a button, the “support” people had remote access to the computer. Parents, please see for yourself if your child uses computer. That means access to computer and WEB CAM! This a third party seller, I was not comfortable giving an unknown company that access. I immediately wiped the hard drive and reformatted the computer to remove all those pre-installed programs. Now my computer isn’t shutting down and is running smooth!As far as the graphics card, it’s nothing special that a normal computer couldn’t do. Fornite will not work and any games of that nature. You will need to update the graphics card for this system.UPDATE: After my review, I was contacted by company wanting to make it right by replacing my monitor. The guy said he would send a code to my cell phone so he could see through my camera to assist me with the monitor. Again, invasion of privacy and I have no idea who this person is. So I refused. They emailed me a shipping label but using a label outside of Amazon does not cover you under BUYER PROTECTIONS. If the company says they never received the item, you’re out of luck. On the other hand, using an Amazon label, you have to ship the whole item back plus restocking fee because they sell FBA and Amazon holds their items. They cannot issue partials or replacements. Just so everyone is aware.My issue is, I received numerous calls a day and voicemails when I was not answering. My cell phone kept ringing and I could not answer. I had 14 missed called and 9 voicemails during the week. I had to ask them to stop and keep communication on Amazon messages. Sellers are not to be calling customers unless there are shipping issues or more info needed for delivery. It was way too much.I’ve opted out of using a private label to shop back a monitor and call it a loss. The only purchase I’ve ever regretted in my years shopping on Amz.

Likes: Processor is fast. Speakers sounds good. Webcam works well.Dislikes. Nowhere in the description that I could find any mention of this being a refurbished PC, but it obviously is according to the description that came with it. Fit and finish is not that great. There is a lot of some type of silicone glue where the face cover joins the processor case. The HDMI cable from the monitor to the pc will not plug into the pc. I had to use the other type cable that was provided. The HDMI was one feature that I really wanted. There is suppose to be a phone number on the unit for support, But there isn't one so I can't call and tell them about the HDMI cable.
