Yes it is vegan and gluten free. Mary Ruth is an amazing company. I purchase all my toddler’s vitamins and supplements from her. You can also contact them directly on their website. They have incredible customer service and they will gladly answer your question via chat, phone or email.

Can i give Mary Ruth's toddler liquid iron to my four year old?

If your child is low in iron then I would get a recommendation from the doctor. I know this brand is trusted but not sure about it for kids that young.

No, & I don't give my kids this I'm going to research it but I haven't been sent an email from them saying they had a recall on their products

Any experience with using this versus NovaFerrum for toddler?

Yes, my child has taken both for anemia. The doctor recommended NovaFerrum, so we used that first. My toddler actually prefers the taste of NovaFerrum. However, after taking it for 3 months with vitamin C his hemoglobin levels only went up 1.5 points, and he was still very anemic. NovaFerrum was also more harsh on his stomach and caused some GI issues. I switched him to Mary Ruth’s toddler iron (gave 15 mg per doctors orders) and his levels finally went up at his last check up. He is no longer anemic and has less GI problems. I think both are great products, but Marty Ruth’s worked better for us.
