these work great and for me they do not sting. when i am detoxing i have very acidic stool which sometimes causes a rash on perianal tissue, sometimes bleeds a little and also irritates previous hemorrhoids from pregnancy and childbirth. this did not sting either area and i do feel it reduced swelling and helped heal these areas. i use them after BM's during these kinds of flare ups and feel very clean afterwards. yes i use 2 together as they do appear flimsy and i really dont want to feel what is going on in that area! i will then use my shower head which is able do come down to wash myself with warm water and pat dry. then i apply various natural creams on the area. this has been my go to and with time this area heals. detoxing is not fun and it makes you break out in weird places and certainly most toxins come out in the feces.

I used Preparation H cream my entire life. It works great (see my other review on that). Sometimes you need a little more. I use the wipes coupled with the cream. The two work well together and get me feeling back to normal in no time. I like how big the wipes are. They are also strong. As with all wipes, make sure you put them in the trash and do not flush them. If you have problems which need to be addressed, this can be a real ifesaver.

OK, well, I'll spare you the level of detail that most of my Amazon reviews go into, but I'm a writer and hemorrhoids are a part of my life. Let's face it when you sit 15-18 hours a day and you have eaten your weight in cheeseburgers several times in your lifetime, something has to give. While these wipes are not meant to cure anything, they do provide welcome relief. There was THAT vague enough? :) By the way, if you have what they all internal hemorrhoids, as I do, the pain can be unbearable--go get a good ointment from a doctor, it's so worth that one appointment. I'm surprised my neighbors haven't call the police on me for the screaming I've done at 3 a.m. I'm a strong person, I sat through a long Shakespearean play an hour after having wisdom teeth pulled, but that pain is nothing compared to hemorrhoids. Again, these won't cure a thing, but they ummm, help a little.

They are expensive. Silly me, I am one of those irritating people who read product labels. So, what do these wipes have in them I ask? There are two ingredients. The soft disposable cloth and witch hazel. That's it. So, I now buy the baby wipes that contain only water, you can find them most everywhere, and add witch hazel to the pack once opened. Witch Hazel can also be purchased at any drug store and it too is inexpensive. They work exactly the same but cost about one third of this product.

I’ve been having issues for years with hemorrhoids, tears, etc. I always had a ton of bleeding after bowel movements, so I decided to give these a try. Wow! I was so amazed at how well these worked after just 1 use. I no longer have issues and when I do, I’ll be using these again. Highly recommend! Only thing is that I wouldn’t flush just to be on the safe side.

These are really great! I used them for hemorrhoids. I had terrible persistent ones where it was difficult to do anything other than lay down and even that hurt sometimes. I had them for about 6 weeks with little to no improvement. I started taking more drinkable fiber (to soften stools even more than they already were), bought a squatty potty to make it easier to go, and these wipes. But I think what really helped shrink my hemorrhoids were folding these up and leaving them there externally. I'm not sure if youre supposed to do that, but I didnt have any side effects and my hemorrhoids became negligible.

Overall best cleaning agent. Neutral PH. Hurts a bit but much better than normal wipes.
