crashed on apps had to take battery out was working fine when got it only had for 2 days even when replaced battery had same issue I wouldn't go for this phone again

This is a fantastic phone. My wife had been considering a move to a proper grown up smartphone but on the lowest possible contract price; this was perfect. I ordered a second one so that I could fully understand it and help coach her. I already have a Sony Experia Z5 and I've had iphones 4 and 5. But the NUU x4 almost pips each of them. .Unfortunately mine broke while setting it up - totally my fault and anyway you are probably not a thick fingered oaf like me. This was on Christmas Day. I really lost out but totally my fault Amazon. It's tricky to get the SIM in and out and I damaged the battery contacts beyond repair; so be careful when setting yours up.So I couldn't become tutor but after a little help from ee where she had a contract she loves it! This is fantastic phone for the money (incredible value) so don't hang around. The retailers are not going to take this one lying down - watch SIM only plans get more controlled!.The X4 has great build quality, feels great and the screen is as good as any other phone that I have used. Calling volume is great and fidelity of sound is fantastic. I would buy another today but can't afford it - people will call us the "Howard and Hilda" of mobile phones. Great phone NUU.

The phone was okay until we had trouble with trying to get apps but couldn't do sending it back altougth my fiancé will give it another try to by resetting it on factory settings and see what happens if nothing happens then we will send back
