I bought this for my niece's wedding and she fell in love the minute it came out of the box. It is more gorgeous in person.It came quickly and the packaging was great. They can actually keep it in the box after the wedding.Worth every dime!!!!

I was surprised that I like the black as much as I do. It has a nice weight and balance to it. My only complaint is in the box. The black velvet was poorly glued above the knife it is torn and part of it is glued to the box edge and it is completely missing under the pie server. That keeps it from being a lovely gift so I am keeping it and getting them something else.

Honestly. I just kind of picked a cake and serve set but I'm happy I randomly picked this one! I echo the other comments that say pictures don't do it justice. Its elegant, feels nice in the hands and my favorite most of all - is black! I didn't want a traditional silver color and specifically looked for a black set. My wedding was a Halloween theme so this set was perfect. Can't wait to have it for future uses! Quality is fantastic.
