The Full Leg Massager is very easy to wear. There is zipper design on the calfs, and secure the Velcro straps on the thigh to your desired tightness. The massager can be used while sitting or lying down, making it a versatile option for any time of the day. Bulky and a bit confusing with the cords, but works great!

My wife suffers from RLS. I massage her legs almost daily. This involves a "kneading" action of her leg muscles, and massage of her knees and ankles. While the heat and compression feels nice, it did absolutely nothing for her RLS because it simple squeezes the leg. That doesn't work for her. We're going to try a "shiatsu"-type device. This device itself is fine, just doesn't solve the problem.

I have been using this leg compression massager for about 2 weeks and they have been great when my legs and thighs get sore.To begin you slip each leg into the correct leg sleeve, you may need to loosen the velcro straps for the first use and then adjust according to the size of your legs. The sleeves are clearly marked R and L. It's easy to get them on. The zipper makes the whole thing a lot more user friendly. The compression sleeves apply pressure to the entire leg, from the feet to the thighs. The level of compression and heat is good and can be adjusted as well as zone compression. I'd recommend keeping it on the lowest compression and heat settings until you are sure that those are at full capacity before moving up on the settings, because the highest settings get pretty tight and warm.It also comes with a carrying bag. Everything fits nicely. I recommend it to anyone that needs this kind of leg compression!
