Very pleased.
Not knowing the difference between QLED and OLED or a SHED, just an old bloke who wants to just watch TV this works well for me. The TV has many many more options than I'll ever use.A bit of a gamble having had a Samsung previously which had a smudge in one corner of the screen (annoying when watching football) and went pop after 3 years. However the price was reasonable and I needed one with central stand so I've taken a chance. To me, not being an expert, the picture is fine so is the sound. The remote is adequate and my old Samsung remotes work with this as well.I do like the www button on the remote. Not having a PC and using my small phone for web browsing this is very useful for looking at maps etc. (using a remote USB connected keyboard)It comes with Alexa but apart from asking it to play songs by the Smiths I have found no other use for it.I haven't found a headphone socket but luckily I had all the connectors for the optical audio set up.It was a bit of a struggle to connect the base of the TV and then lift it into place by myself. The instructions say you need two people but living alone and not wanting to bother anyone maybe I should have chosen a more appropriate delivery package. But after I had discovered that turning the TV upside down allowed easier access to connect the base that was a big help.So as long as this one doesn't go pop soon I'm quite happy.

Very good TV, limited remote.
A good HD TV. Picture is clear and doesn't blur movement very much when playing from Sky Q recordings. The sound is excellent. In my opinion no need for a sound barThe remote takes some getting used to. . Options are very limited. A real bonus with this TV is that it will read a USB drive with NTFS, which means you're not limited to 2Tb.

Amazing price for the quality
I love everything about this tv. Its amazing for almost everything. The picture quality is sharp and full or bright color with a lovely crisp image, for some you might want to adjust it but once you get the settings right you'll never look at another TV the same again. It upscales HD to 4k nicely to. Fast moving images don't blur or haze as it would with some 4k tv's. For example I had a Samsung 4k crystal TV and the motion rate was awful but this model is def not.The sound is amazing, I have connected it upto my stereo using an optical digital to aux adapter for films but other times you may not need it. But for more detail 5.1 sounds amazing and better than any other TV has done before even with just aux connected. For gaming well I only have an xbox one but it will enhance the image mind for a nice crisp clear picture but if you want to see how good it can be go to YouTube on the TV and put in 4k gaming to see how beautiful some games look, it will make you want to go out and upgrade your console straight away. The ports are a bit to upto date if that makes sense, no av or scart. Does come with 2.1 hdmi slot mind. You can always get a decent av to hdmi adapter if needs be but I wouldn't buy cheap on this as you'll find the picture quality will go rather dark.Controls are amazing, two pads although they are fading out the one remote and replacing it with the solar remote with controls everything anyway so it depends on the person, my other half uses the remote with everything on and I can use the solar remote with ease (has not needed charging yet since I bought it weeks ago)(side note) I bought a 4k blu ray player which inhances dvds and I was rather impressed with the quality and upscale, obviously stick to HD and you get the better images but I really can't grumble.Over all for the price this is an amazing TV to have that I'd go out and buy another if I could afford it. Great for films, sport, gaming, sound is brilliant, image from older programs on normal free view channels like classic eastenders and stuff look great compared to some 4k tv's. If your on a limited budget you can't go wrong.

Samsung Q80C
The TV is great. Picture quality is super and sound excellent. However, it only came with 1 solar remote and not the standard. This was sorted out very quickly when I contacted the company.

Excellent picture & sound quality
Very easy to set up, a bit of a faff getting all your third party media set up (Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc) having to enter codes sent to a different device but, once done, all works perfectly. The picture quality in general is excellent but when streaming 4K media it is stunning. The sound is superb and I’ve yet to watch anything with the in built Dolby Atmos and object tracking features. The smart remote takes a little time to get used to but once you know what does what it’s very easy.

Samsung qe65q80cat
Lovely tv easy menus great picture quality, unfortunately it packed up after 15 months only 1 year samsung warranty.Had a tv engineer look at it said it needed a new screen at a cost of over £900 plus fitting so that wasn't going to happen very poor from samsung.

This is a very good but complicated TV
The picture quality is very good but takes a lot of adjustment to get right. The sound quality is excellent. It pairs with DVD player,Humax box and sound bar very easily and can't be faulted. All this is good. It will not connect to the red button service which is bad ,but luckily I am able to use the Humax for this.I cannot stress highly enough that unless you are pretty clued up you need to get this set up by an expert. or a teenager if you have one handy. The instructions are minimal and you need a fair bit of expertise to navigate the menus. The remote control is totally different to anything that has gone before and will tax your intelligence until you master it.I am now, after a week getting used to it but I consider this a down side. Looks good and I like the white strips down each edge which I assume are speaker covers as the sound is excellent.
