Q: Can this be used with a standing desk?

not if the desk is raised to standing height.

Q: Does it rock? Or have the function to lean without reclining the back all the way like most office chairs

The base you sit on does not rock. The back of the chair moves back and forth if you lean back on it. There is a lever you pull that allows you to recline more, pushing it in restricts the amount of recline you can get.

Not at all! I think it leans back a perfect amount and you need to apply some pressure for it to lean back. I’ve been extremely happy with this office chair— the best one I’ve had yet!
