Not detected water lake point & all temperature showing incorrect

I have going through the item description. they say the temperature are capture correctly, but As per the testing phase we have seen this is not working properly. and when we raise the return request, They said courier by self. I was sent the product via DTDC Courier agency. and the product to was received in a seller. and seller called me and asking for You need to bear the cost, because of You will bhul follow the Indian culture. My parents adored the product, and that from me because of turmeric and kunku, and they Deducting 20% amount in my refund cost. Very Very bad experience, If the product has benefits for me So I was ready to pay the full cost.But I have been refunded as I have not benefited from the product.
