The quality is unbeatable. The packaging is fantastic and meant to preserve the integrity of the tea and the cardamom. Pure ingredients, no artificial flavorings. Just black tea and real cardamom, not cardamom extract. I will DEFINITELY be buying more of this.

Great depth of flavour! No comparison with other mainstream Darjeeling teas like Twinings which seem quite bland by comparison to me. I do need to use two teabags for a full size mug of tea but still worth it!

These tea bags are definitely made for a small cup of tea. I use a mug that holds at least 12 ounces of tea and always use 2 tea bags to get a strong flavorful tea. It makes this a more expensive cup of tea.

I bought this once before and it was great tea. This time its... different. Lighter flavor, not the same scent. Still good tea. I actually like this bag, its less acidic than the old stuff. Its one of those things... you like it or ya dont. 4 stars for not being the same but....5 for being good mild tea. Edit: Ok after trying a few cups of this new and a few cups of the old, I have this to tell whoever is interested.... The odd flavor people are crying about is the teabag material. If you cut the bag open and pour it into a tea ball or an infuser basket, that odd flavor is gone. However it is kinda weak. The fix for that is use the contents of 2 teabags. 3 minutes in a cup of nearly boiling water and its almost as good as the old stuff. Close enough. You guys might as well just sell it loose and forgo the bags altogether. Personally I'd rather have the old stuff in the old bags. People worrying about a plastic mesh tea bag when literally everything you have in your house is plastic makes me chuckle.

I like both the taste and potential nutritional benefits of this tea, and believe the quality is good. It is rather expensive, so I bought the 100-pack which is a much better price than the 30-pack. However, please know that in the 100-pack the bags are not individually wrapped. Hopefully they will stay fresh until I use them all. I did not notice this when I ordered but I am not deducting from my rating because the description was accurate.

A wonderful cardamom black tea. Not one I think of as chai but a comforting cup to enjoy. You won't miss the cardamom scent or taste and the tea is strong but mellow. I'd previously purchased a different brand which was strong but so bitter and not to my liking at all. I do not use sweeteners or milk of any kind in my teas. This is perfect as is.

Did they change something? The taste is not like before. It used to be much better. Idk if I got a bad batch or is it just me that the flavor has changed.
