Great chair, easy assembly.
Was actually fairly easy to put together. Directions are good enough. Turned out really well. Massage thing isn’t the greatest but it was worth it as this chair was about the same price as one without. The leg rest is nice. It’s a very comfortable chair. I’m very happy with it. Sturdy. Well made. I would very much recommend

Best WFH Chair!
not the highest quality product, but it’s perfect for my needs! so easy to put together and probably took me maybe 30 minutes. i love the footrest because i tend to sit with my legs underneath me or crossed. the pillows are a nice feature & i like that you can adjust the massaging one’s height. it just has one setting: vibrate. but overall perfect for me as i sit at a desk majority of the day and it’s pretty comfortable and reclines easily!

Great chair but bad design of the back massaging pillow.
This chair is comfortable and am enjoying it still. However, the cord for the back massager lasted about 2 weeks and got caught in the roller.

Better than the last Chair I bought almost a couple of years ago.
I just received my package a day early considering it came via FedEx (they waste a lot of travel time to get the package 75 miles north.)It took about the same amount of time to put together as the last chair I ordered a couple of years ago.Even though the chair looks very similar to the last chair that I bought... I paid I think about $20+ more than the last chair because I liked the couple of extra features like the reclining level; the pull out leg rest; and the massage capability in the lumbar pillow.Right away the chair feels better than the last chair I bought. The seat is a bit wider than the last chair as well as the cushion is quite a bit thicker, and more comfortable to sit in. I had to add a pillow to the last chair because it felt hard. The Lumbar & neck pillow are thicker too, and so are the cushions on the armrests! The last chair had a spring that allowed you to lean back to give you that reclining as well as rocking feel. As I used the Recline Level, I found that it is better than the spring because I can leave it where I want to recline back to. That feels better, and I can pull the back up straight if I need to (Only thing is that it doesn't spring back up straight. I have to pull it back up manually). I don't need to keep pushing my back to get a recline, it's already set. I like that I can pull out the leg rest because I do occasionally like to sit with my legs crossed, and I don't have to try to squeeze my legs onto the main seat, it can rest on the extension. So far the Rollability seems fine. I don't roll around so much, so I'll have to wait and see. The 360 swivel and chairlift are typical, as long as they work that's fine.I bought this one because that spring wasn't working anymore. I could no longer lean back, AND the seat was slanting down forward making me feel like I was going to fall out of my chair. I hope this chair lasts longer than 2 years. When I'm home, I do sit in it daily while I'm on my computer. So far, it is worth the extra $20 that I paid for it, and didn't have to pay for shipping like I did the last chair.

Either save up for a higher quality chair, or just go for an office chair.
I was hesitant when reading the reviews when first looking at this chair, at the time I decided "Eh, it is a good price and it looks like it has all the features I like." so I brushed them off. I should not have. The first issue is the lower lumbar support, despite this chair claiming it as one of its highlight features, from day one, no matter what position, height, or angle I put the back support in it never supported my lower back. I can only sit in it for a few hours before I start to get aches.Additionally, I saw another review that stated the cushion was nothing but cheap foam over a hard board, at first this didn't seem to be the case, but after just a few months it started to show its low quality as after prolonged use (which keep in mind this is marketed as a GAMING chair, a hobby famous for prolonged hours of play) my bottom begins to get sore. I have genuinely moved my setup out to my kitchen table as the WOODEN CHAIRS I have are more comfortable after sitting on this for hours. And that was only after a few months, you can only imagine how much worse it has become after a year.Lastly, it also shows the poor quality of parts after a year given that the arm rests are skewed sideways from use. Keep in mind, I am not big, my thighs and torso don't touch the arm rests, no no no. This is from me resting my arms on them, you know, their intended use, and they have drifted sideways.Overall this was a poor purchase on my part and I regret dumping this much money into a chair. I should have listened to the advice other reviewers had. Either save up a bit more money and invest in a high quality chair, or just go for a simple office chair. It may not have all the bells and whistles, but it is so much more comfortable.

Impressive
Got this for my kid for Christmas for the gaming room. It was a huge hit. My boyfriend put it together in less than an hour and it’s very comfortable. It’s pretty large and comparable to those that I saw at my local big box store but a little cheaper. We especially love the little foot rest you can use. Overall, we are impressed with the quality and support this chair provide provides.
