My husband loves them
I purchased these for my husband’s 1911 and they fit like a glove! The grip quality was great and they were a god price. They were super easy to install and looked good on the gun! My husband highly recommended this product!

Thin blue line grips.
I wasn’t as pleased with these. They have rub marks on them right out of the package and don’t seem as nice as the other grips I bought from the same vendor. I will say I got pearl grips from them and they are fantastic . I think because these are mostly clear resin they show flaws easier. They were a gift for my son who’s Leo but I think I’ll just chuck them. That being said I would still order from them again. I don’t think this one item represents their company and was likely damaged in transit.

Exactly as expected
I have a 1911A1 solely as a piece in my collection. I have never liked the feel of a traditional 1911 in my hand, but I do feel that a 1911 is such a part of American history that it definitely needs to be a part of any collection. I am not arguing with any that choose to carry it as an EDC, I know many who do, and this is just my personal taste. These grips are perfect for me. I think they are very attractive and look sharp sitting on grip of my pistol. My entire family is military and they all really like the look of these grips. I had them delivered to my dad's house while I was back home visiting for a family reunion. Everyone saw them and several commented they wanted to get them for their 1911s as well.I ran 3 mags through the pistol just to get a feel of the grips in Alabama humidity and there was no issues as my hands started getting moist but it didn't take long for them to get slick. There were also no problems with the grips cracking or loosening while doing this, but avid 1911 shooters would run more rounds through theirs than what I did so may have a different experience. I only did this to be able to give an accurate review, otherwise the grips would have went on and the pistol went back in the case. For EDC I much prefer some sort of texturing to my grips. The set came with the 2 grips, O-rings, an Allen wrench and 2 gold colored screws. The O-rings I put over the screws before inserting them to help cushion the grip so I didn't overtighten and crack them. They fit perfectly and have a small indention at the mag release. They did not interfere with the safety in any way. They are beautiful grips and the gold colored screws really make it look sharp. These have a high gloss finish to them. The only downside I had is that on my left grip there was what looked to be a cutout on the upper rear that was not removed but looked to be able to be punched out if needed. I have no clue what that would be for but you can see a white line through the grip where the plastic is thinner. Other than that, I am very pleased with the looks of this grip and will be keeping them on my collection piece.

Stylish but Impractical
I don't purchase many aftermarket gadgets or add-ons to spice up my firearms, but every once in a while it’s fun to try on a new set of grips. Aesthetically speaking, they're are exactly what I wanted. Old Glory over matte black looks mean on my full-size Springfield, and they fit perfectly.I acquired these grips for style, so that’s all I really care about. They’re also sturdy and easy to install. However, I feel compelled to warn other potential buyers that these grips are not compatible with sweaty hands. They look great because they’re sleek and smooth—the same qualities that make them hard to hold onto with slick palms.I knocked a star off for this impracticality (I would never put these grips on a carry pistol), but if you’re like me and you’re only looking to play “dress up” with one of your favorite handguns, then buy away.

Patriotic and unique - not a EDC grip due to material
I am stuck at 4.5 but I cannot fault something that is meant to be a show-piece, to have a functional use for everyday carry or even a long day at the range. This looks cool. Period. I did put one, but just to emphasize. As you can see it comes in a good package, with good tools, and is well made. This should not crack when falling, but come on, don't allow for your 1911 to fall. This would look really great on a black 1911, but even on this 4 inch barrel (this is important for those that have the carry models since they still have full-sized magazine size and the only difference is the 4 inch barrel then the standard 5). But this looks fantastic in my stainless and gun metal color and when it comes to holidays, this one comes on just like Uncle Sam's patriotic hat.FYI, I tried to upload how it actually looks like on a 1911 Officer gun but that gets flagged, so I guess it is up to your imagination because of that - apologies.

A perfect fit for the 1911 and very attractive
These grips are perfect fit for a full size 1911. They are well made and extremely attractive. The faded flag look is unique. The overall quality is exceptional.
