Good roller for roof flashing tape
I needed to repair a split in roof flashing and needed a tool to roll over the tape to get it to follow the guttering shape and this did a great job.

Good quality, well made item.
Ideal to use when hanging textured wallpaper. I used this to roll over the joins to make sure they were well bonded to the paste on the wall. Did the job perfectly! Foam is dense enough for the job and didn't mark the wallpaper. Good quality, well made item.

Using the tool
It wasn't as robust as I wanted, but it will do.

Not quite what expected
Just fyi the roller is foam, not rubber. Well made and I suppose it does the job I just won't be able to utilize it for other tasks I had in mind

Just a roller
Product ok. Using to press tape seems together.

Does what it says.
Brilliant little roller, I used it for self-sealing flashing tape on flat roof.

A Bit Disapointing
Maybe it was the packaging and rough ride it had getting here, but.The roller was deformed. It is a soft compressible material that had taken on a new shape. The bearing was stuck, and it simply wouldn't roll on a surface, exacerbated by the flattened regions.I found (forcibly) that you can separate the roller from the handle. When I reengaged it, it was smooth and free-running. So that solved one of the problems. We left it soaked in a glass of water for 12 hours. The shape has somewhat recovered, and now, as it rotates freely, can be used to apply a fairly constant force to the target.I want to use it to press down on the self-adhesive LED light strips used for mood lighting installations. You can roller over the entire strip without risking damage to the chip resistors or LEDs. My old one deteriorated sufficiently, that I needed this replacement. This says it is a Stanley product, yet it came from the UK. I guess they are not made in Connecticut.I haven't tried it yet, but are about to start on a new piece of custom furniture that will include lights.......
