I count these chairs as a solid purchase. They look great, are comfortable and seem well made. If you want a dash of modern or scan-modern, I recommend you consider these.

This is a pretty well made chair 🪑 the directions were a little lacking but it wasn’t difficult to put together and didn’t take long and I didnt purchase this at full price, Amazon warehouse deal but I don’t mind if something has a teeny tiny scratch on it, kids are rough anyway!!! I also bought a blue color version of this chair for my other child’s room for their desk!!! I love the design very modern new wave 🌊 looking! FYI: the chair is pretty comfortable however if you plan to sit in it for long periods of time you may want to add a cushion for butt comfort your butt may go numb after a while because no cushion on it just flat hard surface

I really liked this chair! Easy to put together and seems very sturdy / stable. Much better quality than a similar chair I saw at Target. The back has a little bit of a give when you lean back. I don't think this is an issue at all for me. But perhaps if you are a very large person it might be an issue? I'm happy with this purchase.

I bought this to replace the desk chair in my condo. It came in a very concise package and all parts were included. I don’t have a workspace or workbench to put things together so it was a little struggle to assemble this but it worked out fine. The chair looks great and is a good value.

The assembly was easy. The chair was comfortable. I enjoyed the chair for 60 days and then the wood as the base/back of the chair cracked. I am 6'1", 185lbs. Very disappointing. Hoping there is something either the seller and / or manufacturer can do.

Extremely annoying and disappointed that I have to go through a return process. I don't understand why a package will be sent to me with no screws, bolts or hinges to build it.

I thought this was a cute chair and wanted another one but it went from 40.00 in February 2020 to 356.00 in June which is 9X the price and this almost snapped when I leaned back in it and I’m only 130 lbs. I emailed the seller and asked why the price gouging and they couldn’t see the order number I sent in screenshot to prove it was 40.00 a few months ago and did nothing to rectify the fact that they are basically now robbing buyers of hard earned for literally the cheapest chair I’ve ever had. For me this works, because I mostly use it to balance while working out and don’t need to put any weight on it. Please don’t buy this chair for 356.00 folks, it’s not worth more than 30.00 just go to Walmart or IKEA If you want something simple for a reasonable price.

This reproduction of the famous chair by Jacobsen is well designed and easy to assemble. It comes in minimalist but effective cardboard packaging and I like that there was no polystyrene foam to deal send to the landfill. My only complaint is that the color is supposed to be espresso, but the stain is too thin on some parts of the chair and overall it is not as dark brown as my other espresso furniture in the same room. It should have had another coat of stain. It was less than half the price of other Jacobsen reproductions I found elsewhere, so I'm happy with the purchase.
