Very happy with this purchase. Not my first time buying it; I prefer this brand to others I've bought in the past. No grit, just lovely, clean buckwheat groats. Makes great porridge mixed with nuts and fruit, or kasha which I add to soup or mix with salad vegetables. Keeps me feeling full without also feeling bloated, and maintains my energy levels for several hours with no cravings between meals. Very good product at a reasonable price.

Easy to cook
The quality of packaging and speed of delivery were great 👍 These are easy to cook and surprisingly very clean so less hassle in washing them off! I really like their earthy and somewhat sweet aftertaste but that’s pretty subjective Thanks
