This is a wonderful tea with a fruity bouquet. Like all green teas, however, it's "fussy". You have to get the temperature and steeping time just right otherwise it ends up being bitter (I steep it at 160F for 2 1/2 minutes),

Green and Glorious
This is the most fabulous green tea imaginable. It is like drinking a bouquet of flowers and a basket of fruit. The floral and fruit tones blend well with the green tea so neither is overpowering. It is delicious and definitely good for you!
