I purchased this camera over a year ago to check in on my cats when I’m not home. I actually have 2 different cameras from this company. Both work really well overall. I recently had an issue getting this camera to connect to my internet. I followed their reset instructions and just couldn’t make it happen. Again I purchased this camera over a year ago so I was just expecting o have to purchase a new one. I reached out to customer service asking for further instructions and with a few days the mailed me a brand new camera for free! The process and customer service was exceptional! My new camera works perfect! Highly recommend this company!

Great cameras, great app. Very easy to set up and the picture is very clear. I purchased these for my home to keep an eye on my pet when I was away and they do much more than that. They have sound, motion and person detection and the app will notify you when they trigger. You have to set that up of course, but that is simple as well. Overall great product, I started out with one and now I have three. You can store video on a SD card or on the cloud. There is a small monthly or yearly fee for the cloud but it is worth it.

The rotating camera works very well. Night vision works great. The speaker system is very bad on my camera. Can not make out what is being said. Still worth the price for the camera.

Purchased three of these. Worked great through MIPC app for about a year and then stopped connecting. Third camera we only had for less than 5 months and also will no longer connect. Disappointed in the quality. When it worked it was great. Have an older Vimtag camera that still works fine but not these newer ones.

These are amazing little cameras. I took some screenshots of the amazing night and day vision of these cameras. Such clarity. The app is not bad either. You don’t have to pay for a cloud subscription if you don’t want too. That’s a huge plus. Just use an SD card. The motion tracking is fast and solid. I would with the length of the power cord seems pretty long. I wish the app had camera presets to quick change the camera view on the fly. These are indoor cameras, so pointing the camera to the window at night to use for night vision will not work, you will get a light reflection from the window but using them in the house for night vision is the best I have ever seen for a camera and I own several different types. We took a vacation and we were able look in on our house with no issues. The setup was extremely easy as well. The only negative I can say about these cameras is the App does not have an option to turn off the cameras. It would be nice to have them off while in the house and on while we are out. So I use smart plugs with these cameras to turn them off and on. I thought the SD chip was a little finicky as well. But other then that, these are fantastic cameras.

I use this camera for about a month and a 1/2. And it broke, it stopped working. I contacted customer service. I walked through some troubleshooting with them. They decided that the camera needed to be replaced. They sent me a replacement within a few days and it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased.

I bought two cameras between last October and November and one of those has the problem with the lens. I have contacted the VIMTAG customer service via in-app support. I got feedback quickly. They handled this issue with very impressive professional manner, patiently with me to resolve this issue. It is so hard to get this kind of customer services for lots of companies but VIMTAG did it. They sent me a replaced camera and now I can have it monitoring my family room. I am very happy, appreciated for all they done and I will definitely recommend the VIMTAG to all my friends and families when thy need the camera monitoring their indoor home! I love the products and the invaluable customer services!

We bought this camera in September 2023 and after almost 5 months the camera would not connect to my network. I contacted customer support and after emailing back and forth several times it was determined that the camera had crashed and was irreparable, so without question or any added cost they sent me a brand new camera, and they said if I had any more issues don’t hesitate to contact them.ShellyCottageville, SC
