Surprisingly good.
Using this camera to keep an eye on a remote piece of property located a few hours away. The motion tracking is exceptionally good (way better than I expected), the image is clear, and the video stable. I'm using a t-mobile prepaid SIM and at $10 for their 2gb plan, it's pretty affordable per camera. Set up was no muss no fuss - literally just popped a SIM and SD card in it, used the app to add it, and it was up and running. It hasn't fallen below 90% charge yet, even at night, and the build quality itself is pretty stout with the camera having a metal body. I do wish the mount for the camera itself wasn't plastic, but I've got it secured to a tree with some decking screws, so I don't anticipate anything being able to get to it.It's so good thus far, that I just ordered another one. I'll come back and update this review if anything changes for better or worse.*update - March 10, 2024*Added a second camera as previously noted, and they're both still working flawlessly. They've made it through the overcast West Virginia winter, and the battery life never fell below 80%. Snow, rain, wind, ice, and everything else winter could throw at them didn't seem to matter. There was one instance where ice had formed over the camera lens, but live viewing the camera and activating the built in LED light seemed to warm it up enough to melt the ice off within a matter of minutes. Overall, still pretty impressed. Like before, will update if anything else notable occurs, but for the time being they're still going strong.

Tracking is nice
I love Reolink products, I find their cameras to be superior than other brands and the app works really nice. My favorite part about these cameras are the tracking. Also, it’s equipped with a really nice feature. that you can choose if you want the camera to track people, pets, cars, and you can set up different alerts tailored to this function. When my phone gets an alert, it tells me what the motion is and I can open it up and it’s great to see it tracking right along with whatever it is. It’s really easy to install and get them up and running. The zoom feature is great for reading license, place or seeing a close-up of a face.

Camera is nicely built, sim cards dont work, reolink sim card not allowed in US
Terrible sim card integration, tried 3 different sim cards, its a nightmare, it doesnt recognize , doesnt connect, also you cant use reolink sim card if you live in US.Terrible experience with connectivity. It would be a 5 star camera if would allow to connect to most of the sim card US.

Reolink support is TERRIBLE but I like their cameras. Trying to get past the worthless Reolink “HELP” BOT that doesn’t work nor understand your problem is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE as is getting a real human to help you.UPDATE 20 months after purchase and putting into service. The original review is below the dotted line. One of my Reolink Trackmix cameras stated going “out of service” about 6 months after I purchased it. The “fix” required climbing a very tall ladder to pull it off of a pole I mounted it on. I brought it inside my shop to determine what the problem was, and the “fix” was simple. The attach plug that goes into the TrackMix is extraordinarily tight, VERY TIGHT and is hard to plug into the port on the camera if you are attaching it to a tall pole using an extension ladder at its highest setting. It requires a tremendous amount of pressure to properly insert the plug end from the solar panel into the power port on the TrackMix… but once I did, the camera has been “faithful.”…………………………………………………,…..I bought this in August 2023 and I’m nearly at 6 months into having this particular Reolink camera in service.I own 13 various Reolink cameras that are placed around my ranch here in Texas. As an experienced user, the process of getting this Reolink into service was straightforward. This camera operates very good on a SIM card from T Mobile. My other Reolinks use AT&T and Mint Mobile SIM cards but I’m dumping AT&T and switching all cameras to T Mobile. The ability of this camera to follow a subject is very impressive. It has tracked vehicles on my ranch from 200 feet (and more) away. It also is able to track wildlife the size of cats down to birds. In my opinion (and don’t let this sway you away from this camera) the dual lens capability is overkill for my needs. In my other Reolink POE cameras, if I want to see the object that was recorded (to the Cloud) or even live shots, all I have to do is a “squeeze zoom” on my iPhone to “zoom in” on the subject. That being said, the dual lens feature has tremendous potential for purposes of security, recording the wider shot of a crook, trespasser or vandal because the two separate scenes of the same event can provide very good evidence for law enforcement or lawsuits. I am a former licensed private investigator here in Texas and have presented such video evidence in courtrooms, thus my appreciation for this cameras interesting two lens feature. The only reason I did not give this camera a 5 star review (and I could be wrong in my assumption) is that it uses up more data through your cellular provider by needing twice as much data to to provide the “twin lens” captures of an event. Additionally, the camera and solar panel are heavier than my “regular” Reolink cameras, making it a tad harder for this old, decrepit and clumsy senior citizen to install while doing so on a VERY TALL POLE using an extension ladder. This camera is very, VERY heavy. But I really, REALLY like this TrackMix. I now own 4 and they are working great using T-Mobile SIM cards.

Works.. Kinda.
Pros- easy to set up, the footage clarity is decent, it does seem to record consistently, catches motion consistently,Cons- Solar panel is complete trash even with mostly clear days it barely charged the camera and eventually it died where I had to drive out two hours and had to install a hardwire outlet nearby, if you activate the camera to move with motion it will be very blurry footage. Connectivity is absolutely horrendous.Overal would NOT buy again. Seems like there's alternatives coming out now.

Works as it should.
I’ve had this camera for a year now. Up until 4 days ago it worked flawlessly. Took me a couple days to realize I let the subscription on the SIM card expire. Back to working just as well as the day I bought it.

Excellent warranty service by Reolink
I purchased this camera in June, 2023 for remote monitoring. The camera experienced a malfunction and failed to turn on. I contacted Reolink and they replaced the unit after walking me through a check list to see if the camera could be rebooted. Failing that, they replaced the camera. Thanks Reolink.
