I do believe that if Thorne put the actual enzyme count in their Amazon description (found on the bottle but not on the labels shown here) that they would increase their sales. I found these to be very effective for my epi and for 1/5 the cost of Creon, which does have some harmful side effects.

She prescribed Dipan-9. I was hesitant based on the price but the inability to digest fat is a life-altering/threatening issue so I put the money down. Hands down the best enzyme for digesting fats. I was prescribed Creon by a doctor but didn't care for the possible life threatening side effects, so I've continued to use this. Great product.

Although they change the name of these without disclosing it I kept it because it works great for my husband when he has trouble digesting something.

This enzyme has the same ingredients as the more expensive one and works well.
