Update: the company reached out to me regarding the manufacturing issue and informed me they received a bad lot from the manufacturer which caused the issue I had. They offered multiple options to rectify this for me. Above and beyond customer service! I increased this to 5 stars because I did like the puzzle, and their customer service was impeccable.Start off with the positive. This puzzle was a lot of fun to do. The picture was great, really cute and fun to see all the different elements as I put it together. The image is really good quality. I’ve done a lot of puzzles in my life and this is possibly the most challenging one I’ve ever done. It took a while to finish but that’s a good thing to me.The negative is the pieces are not good quality. They were kind of falling apart, separating, from the start. It didn’t cause any real issue while putting the puzzle together, but when I pulled it apart to put it back in the box they were pulling apart so much worse. This won’t be a puzzle I can do over and over because it will just be shredded after much more use.

I love this puzzle! It's totally worth the price. Very high quality and the accompanying riddles and narrative are rich. This is actually the first puzzle I've ever mounted to a frame, just because I like it so much. Absolutely superior to other riddle/clue puzzles my partner and I have completed.

This is just as good as European brands. Difficult without being too frustrating, a very enjoyable puzzle.

What a fun way to make a puzzle interesting! The artwork is so whimsical and detailed, there are a million things to discover throughout the image. The scale of the art makes for a great challenge and the mystery to solve actually took some brain power!The pieces fit snugly, the image is clear, the instructions were useful. Overall super interesting twist!

This puzzle was incredibly difficult. It seemed very colorful on box but somehow all the pieces looked the same and they reflected the light badly making it that more difficult to see. Best to have light source at an angle and not directly above. The coded message wasn't one cipher type, just a random sequence of actions, very convoluted. The puzzle also could use a second laser cut, the pieces were damaged on the back when separated and difficult to piece together and take apart.

I already had put together the Techno Dystopia Puzzle and had so much fun that when this puzzle came out, I had to buy it immediately.I love puzzles that combine art, a positive message, and a challenge!

I had so much fun with this puzzle, and man is it hard. Perfect blend between challenging and entertaining. And it passed the “pick up” test. Good quality.
