why has it got salmon oil in it? Fish is supposed to be detrimental.
I thought that hedgehogs are intolerant to fish protein? Yet this product has fish meal in it.

Hedgehogs love it - I just wish my bank did
I've made a point, nearing retirement, of not buying a pet to keep me company. I wouldn't be able to afford pet insurance or the cat or dog food. It's made no difference at all. I have several NotMyCats visiting which are hard to resist, several gulls now drop in daily to the shed roof and cry for attention- along with the resident birds in the garden who are well catered for. And hedgehogs - it's like a free range nocturnal sanctuary out there. Several HMOs - hedgehog houses in multiple occupation - food and water bowls, feeding stations (storage cases cut out and lined with an entrance) and food, food, food. My hedgehogs' favourite (kitten biscuits) food is no longer sold by a certain supermarket in spite of protests from hedgehog rescue centres across the UK - and individuals. I buy other brands on the basis hedgehogs reportedly like them. Mine don't. They're fussy little so and so's who insist on hedgehog branding on the packages which, of course, pushes up the price no end. OK, so this brand, it's one of the best and that makes it reasonably priced in terms of actually being consumed by hedgehogs, and not ignored by them. Heaven knows how much money I've wasted over the past three years. But these hedgehogs have got me through lockdown and shielding so ... it's worth it.

The media could not be loaded. All I can say is they really like it. It may be one of the best I used. It’s also one of the cheapest, but not the cheapest. My local farm shop does a cheaper one but they’ve been sold out for a few months.Package is very good quality so the fits always stays fresh and never goes stale if you really seal it. My video shows how much liked. I’d July have hedges but more than one. I’m using a bag every 7-10 days, I think they’re inviting each other, 4-5 of them nearly every night. Getting some meal warns to give when you see them. They’ll love you and eat out of your hands😊
