Bought this product on Feb 2024. It does not start after plugging it on the USB. randomly starts sometimes after waiting for half an hour. Wasted my money. Not recommended. Cant return as the return window was over and I could not use the product in the return window as I was not home. This is my worst online spend!

The product started to peel off from the edges within a week usage and now it has stopped working completely.

It's not turning on a tried everything written on manual... Who is planning to buy this don't waste your money instead buy another product

The wood finish is just cheap vinyl sticker. It started melting & clogged the wick. The unit stop making mist in a day! It's not returnable but thanks to amazon support, I got a refund. I wouldn't recommend at all.

All of the little bottles were very loosely sealed. The screw top lids were barely closed. As a result, all bottles leaked a little bit. Overwhelming smell and all bottle externals were greasy with oil residue.
