Excellent substitute to expensive ramen
I make my own instant ramen noodles in vacuum sealer bags, and I decided to try some variety - I usually use a sodium free bullion powder in either chicken, vegetable, or beef. This seafood broth seasoning is light (I use 16 oz of water instead of 12oz per package label), but also very flavorful. It does not taste overly fishy, nor does it taste overly salty, The best way I can describe it is it tastes how an open air fish market smells - in a very good way. Definitely has that 'fishy' taste, in all the right ways, and I will definitely be buying more. 10 Americano dollarinos for 30 tablets.... I'm no math major but that's about 33 cents a bowl. Factor in the noodles, veggies, and spices/seasoning, and I'm sitting at less than 75 cents per bowl, that tastes 10x better than a store purchased ramen packet that would cost $2-$3 (for the fancy ones). If you like making your own Ramen, whether it be for a specific diet, or a quicker higher quality meal, or any reason really, I would definitely suggest giving this a try. I have not tried the spicy, but it's next on the list to try. EDIT: I ordered the SPICY and because it's listed under the same item I cannot make a separate review for the SPICY, but here it is. The 'spicy' isn't very spicy at all, imo. It has less seafood flavor than the normal one. I did notice the spicy dissolved a lot quicker. Overall, nothing to really write home about. I'd say this is a 3.5 out of 5. It has less flavor than the original and it's not really spicy, either. I'd stay with the original style and add your own gochugaru, sriracha, chili oil, or whatever your favorite spice is, if you're looking for 'spicy'.

So nice to keep on hand.
It’s hard to find fish stock so this has been a life saver. So easy to keep on hand. Packed with umami flavor.

Works well
Very good when extra tab used. We love New Orleans style BBQ shrimp and seafood stock isn’t something I keep on hand.

Excellent flavor and easy use
I tend to do a lot of vegetarian, and needed a broth base for doing Korean. This stuff turned out to be the magic ticket. It works as a perfect base for giving tteokbokki sauce a bit of extra non-capsaicin based complexity. Is simple to use, just toss in water and let boil. It isn't as good as doing a vegetable broth from scratch, but it is good enough.

I thought the flavor would taste good
Funky flavor ,would not recommend for it use of a broth. Maybe if use in a dish it would be fine

Mild Flavor
Vegetable These tablets add a mild flavor to a broth/soup. They are very convenient – just add to water, dissolve quickly, stir & add other ingredients. There is no English language information on the ingredients or nutritional value. So if you have food allergies or sensitivities, I would avoid.
