Easy to use and effective
I use this relaxing watching TV after my treadmill workout and it has virtually abolished the morning after leg stiffness I used to experience.

First class customer service
I have age related leg pain and these are a godsend. I was very upset when one side became faulty. However I was promptly sent a replacement and couldn't be more appreciative - thank you Fit King!!!

Certainly soothing, and probably therapeutic
These look like alarming contraptions, but they’re actually straightforward. Think of the automated blood pressure machines, now standard in hospitals and health centres, that are wrapped around your arm and held in place with Velcro, and swell up with air to measure the pressure. Now imagine it scaled up to cover your feet, calves, and thighs. There’s a box that needs to be plugged in via a cable that is well over 2 metres long. The controller holds the pumps that make the pressure rise and fall, and also what you use to set how – and how strongly - the pressure is applied to the three different parts. You can also set whether you want your legs to be warmed. And that’s it!There are three different modes to be chosen. The most obviously useful is the one that first compresses your feet, and then moves up to compress calves and thighs in turn. The sequence repeats for twenty minutes, and is then turned off automatically. The whole thing seems well made, and is easy to use. However, I’m guessing (notwithstanding the photos on the product page) that a large proportion of people who could benefit from this equipment will be people with limited mobility, and they’re likely to find it difficult to put it on without help.At this point I should mention that I’m very unhappy about the instructions included with this product. Yes, they do cover what you’ll need to know. But customers of a product at this sort of price deserve better than a little leaflet in black and white, and print that will be too small for the customers in the main demographic of potential customers. They shouldn’t have to deal with incorrect spelling, or a version of English that doesn’t work for Brits. For example, at one point the instructions recommend that, when using the heat function, you should wear your pants. Makes sense in the US, daft in the UK!It's all the more a shame because I think the product could be useful for many people. I've found it enormously soothing for tired legs. I’m not an expert, but imagine it could help many people with oedema. (It’s difficult to find evidence online, but try searching for ‘intermittent pneumatic compression’ equipment.) So I'm happy to recommend, but urge the sellers to improve the instructions for the UK market.

WOW
It’s attached by Velcro. So if you are putting it on without help, it might take a few goes before you fit it better. I found the easiest way to fit for me is to do the foot size and pull it up. Then do lower leg. Followed by upper leg. This was the hardest bit for me.I have someone to do it for me.There are automatic settings. I left it on the preset low pressure and no heat.It was used for chronic muscle pain. For me it’s better than painkillers. Appears to reduce my swelling.I was very doubtful, because it was so cheap, compared to some. And mixed reviews.Early days as I have only used it for 3 days.So far, I am very impressed by this, which I thought was a bit of a last ditch attempt, as chiropractors, have only given relief for a day.So thumbs up for me.A nice piece of equipment, fiddly to use but I think it’s worth it.

Not bad…
The middle chamber (calf’s) doesn’t seem to work. The pressure isn’t high enough and just when it starts to feel good it deflates again. I can see the benefits if this type of compression but overall I wish I’d have gone for a more expensive option.

Very relaxing
Very powerful vibes through your legs and feet. The velcro is very stiff so takes some putting on but once you get used to it its great. Use it most nights and afterwards can walk a bit better

Works same way as a blood pressure machine
Works same way as a blood pressure machine But wrapped around your legs 🦵. Not what I was expecting. Might be good for someone who has blood circulation problems. It does the job. But not sure how it affects the whole body or the heart.
