After 2 weeks had hard drive issue
After 2 to 3 weeks had issue with power card connection and hard drive not installed error getting. Looking for amazon support to get replace the faulty one

Good laptop for this price but there are few visible scratches. One major issue i had was there was a loose panel/cover, not sure what to call it, its the part behind just above the battery kept opening up. Although it not much of a problem but it keep coming loose even with a light preassure. So not happy about that part. Rest is okay.

Buy renewed Laptop only with return policy because seems they are very well used.
Display is very Low. Sound is low as compared to other of the same asset. Keyboard are smooth and hard to press.

Sad to say " pathetic product" - Dead battery,worn out body,OS missing,camera broken,system hangs, incorrect model no.- I can understand minor scratches - But here a scrap piece has been delivered.
