These our quality and very well made not like the cheap ones they our indeed cast iron and true to weight aswel

Great item, solid flat bottom Neoprene base to it so it doesn't mark the floor. I have a few around the house and use them as general weights for functional movement.

Nice feel to this bell. But gets a wee bit slick when hands are hot. But less friction does less damage to the hands. So a great weight to work with

Great as wider handle & shape, so now KB swings have improved I can feel difference when training.
