Easy ice maker
The ice maker performs the task as expected, the self cleaning mechanism works perfectly fine. Initial use makes thinner ice but ice cubes are getting thicker eventuallyThe quick start guide sent along with the product needs updation, as for the cleaning process more than 500 ml water is needed.Apart from that product usage is very simple and straight forward. Support team is very helpful too.

It’s a great product
This machine is easy to use and makes ice within a few minutes. Very useful for a home bar. No maintenance required - except cleaning it - which is easy ! Great product

The product meets my expectations. I will purchase it again and recommend it to others. It was very easy to make ice following the Quick Start Guide. I’m happy with the quality of ice this product makes in 6 minutes. The product is efficient and easy to use.

Stopped working - long term review
The product is good until it works, mine stopped in 6 months of usage. Bought it in December used it sparingly because of the winter months, but when summer arrived started using it continuously. Because of the outside temperature above 40°C, the ice itself was pretty thin. So understood that this product itself required cooler temperatures to get optimum output.Then 6 months in the product just stopped. To add the self cleaning is just written, it is nowhere self cleaning, collected grime and turned yellow and sticky in the inside. It needs cleaning quarterly basis. I used RO water only.

This ice machine has everything we were looking for. The ice is very nice. The machine itself looks very good. It is a very good value for the money. We paid will definitely have one again.
