In that month I did also work out 3 times a week and changed my diet to a protein rich diet, but they really helped me lose hunger pangs and improve my metabolism. I lost 12lbs in the 30 days and have since lost 24lbs... my metabolism is much stronger;enabling me to have and indulgent trip to sardinia without gaining a single pound..Am looking to lose a bit more so may be looking g st these again to get me over my current hump..

These unfortunately didn’t do anything for my weight loss. I tried them for the full 30 days. I didn’t get too many side effects however I would get out of breath fairly quickly. I did feel a boost in energy throughout the day, they make you more thirsty too. Didnt curb my appetite so not what I was hoping.

The product is good. I really noticed the appetite suppression part of the tablets... I wasnt very hungry until late evening and had to remember to eat through the day as well. The focus part is also accurate.... I was seeing sounds and hearing colours whilst training!!!!! Overall I actually recommend this product and I did notice some weight loss on the scales but I did notice a drop in clothes size as well. Will definitely buy again!

I have used 2 years ago and now i have got another one to use again, one draw back It would be good if it’s suitable for vegetarians (no gelatine shell) which is difficult for me to fill it up in vegetable shell and then take itIt does elevate your heart rate I have made two serving with one capsule to overcome it and so far it’s good

i get more energy, but haven’t lost any weight

Really didn't get on with this product at all. I took it 3 days then stopped. Took it as per the instructions. Had headaches... my tummy was upset and I had jitters during the day and felt unwell As soon as I stopped taking this I was fine. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Shame as I have a nearly full bottle only took 6 tablets. Waste of money.

These have worked really well for me, have found that the weight falls off in combination with good diet and exercise. The best thing about them is that I barely notice I've taken them unlike most thermos which make me feel jittery. Appetite suppressed, increased metabolism, great fat burner.
