Avocado Saver and Tomato Holder - Set of 4 Reusable Storage Containers for Fridge - Ideal for Garlic, Onions, Lemons, and Potatoes

I was skeptical at first but am now a believer. These keep a wide variety of veggies fresh so much longer than covering them in wrap like we used to do. They have more than paid for themselves just in less waste.

These worked great for storing half of the fruit and veggies I didn't use in recipes. A little tricky to open at first, but once you get used to them it's fine. Washed in the dishwasher and they did not get damaged. Would order again when needed.

I would say that this works for onions and other more hearty things, however, when used to try and save an avocado, it got brown fairly quickly. In probably about 12 hours it was already brown. I had bought this specifically for the avocado attachment, so it was definitely a bummer but all the other ones are very helpful to have around!

I had one of these a while ago for onions and after several years it ended up getting torn and I was looking to replace it for a while. I stumbled across this set and instantly knew it was what I was looking for and grabbed it! I LOVE IT!! We use it all the time for everything ! Anything that fits we use it for fruit and veggie-wise. Its excellent for when your serving tea and want to have fresh lemon on hand for example! just open the top cut a fresh slice and close it again. It doesn't dry out and its free of any pests if your sitting outside in the sun! You can store it on the counter or in the fridge, and maybe the freezer I honestly dont know that one, I dont see why not but personally I wouldn't do it just to be sure it last as long as possible. I just cut the tops off the box and stuck it into my cabinet so that hey can all be started back inside the box when not being used because being in a drawer was how my last one got punctured and torn. These should last years if you take care of them and be mindful that they do have a size limit and dont force them to over stretch or they will misshapen and tear eventually and you dont want that to happen! They are so handy and useful I love having them in my kitchen

I've always wanted something to hold my fruit and vegetable pieces with out taking too much space or dirtying a whole container... These are literally perfect and easy to use unlike the store bought plastic ones. they do work very well and I love them. The only real complaint is the avocado one, because of its shape, It is not as easy to open and close like the others. Love the color options. So far they fit perfectly and I can even fit a whole (two halves) avocados in that one. So far so for good as long as these are durable and last a while I will think they are well worth the price.

Not really thrilled with this product. Cannot put a 'medium' size onion in container. Cannot get it closed. Trouble closing container for an avocado. Sorry, I am disappointed. Just my opinion.

Gave it as a stocking stuffer and it was one of their favorite things!

These are awesome for when you only need to use half of an onion or avocado etc and don’t want the other half to go to waste. I used to use plastic wrap or a ziplock bag, but I like these a lot more! And they look nicer. I love the pliant material on the top that molds itself around the item to keep it extra fresh. They’re easy to use, though sometimes it can take a couple of tries to line it up right to twist it closed. And they’re easy to clean. I actually just throw mine in the dishwasher on the very top rack and they do fine.
