I use this often for my toddler. He has a hard time sleeping through the night. When I give him this, it helps him to stay asleep. I like that it’s natural and doesn’t have melatonin.

Definitely not the honey lemon flavor listed. Do your kids a favor and skip this product.

I bought the 8oz for 3 dollars more +tax and got the 4 oz bottle I will no longer buy this on Amazon. I will but in the store the flavor my granddaughter doesn't like so maybe I won't buy it at all. I will stick with mommas Bliss at least she likes the taste of it!

Melatonin can cause nightmares in adults and children so unless a Dr recommends it I try to avoid it. That saying this is honey and chamomile so the honey helps with immunity and children are very sensitive to herbs so the chamomile is like a strong cup of tea. It works great with my daughter and no grogginess that I can see the next day.

I love this natural alternative instead of using melatonin. It always helps my kids settle down but doesn't make them overly sleepy and out of it. I only use it on nights when they're wide open & I can't get them to settle any other way.

It helps soothe my child just enough to make bedtime more of a relaxing and pleasant time! It’s definitely just to help get them to sleep not necessarily help keep them asleep through the whole night.

Does not seem to work with my toddler-
