Thumbs up but maybe consider other brands
The coating of the pill tastes milky in a good way - me likes! Does it work? Yes and no - I find that I still experience bloating even if I have these BUTTTT the most of the usual symptoms are at bay.Only had them a handful of times so don’t hold me to it :)))

Best lactose pill
They work better than Lactaid pills!! Found these on trip to Ireland when I ran out of Lactaid. Pharmacy recommended this brand. I’ve been ordering them since I returned—takes a longer to get due to Customs (which held up my last order) so order accordingly.
