Very yummy and great texture. Love they’re individually packaged too so I can just snack on a couple occasionally and not have to worry about the rest going bad if I don’t eat them quick enough… although I always take two packages to the couch because I know one just isn’t enough!

These bean curd snacks are interesting. They are conveniently individually wrapped into packs of two. Each pouch has approximately 7 individually wrapped two-packs. The consistency of these sticks reminds me a little of a meat stick, maybe like summer sausage. They are spicy in a pleasant way, but the heat was not overwhelmingly hot or intense. I had never eaten these, and I enjoyed them. They have a good flavor. I think they would make a great travel snack. I plan on throwing them into my fishing bag. They take up very little space and being made from beans offer a bite of protein to stave off hunger. I'm not sure if they are vegan or not but they seem to offer a nice plant alternative to meat snacks like beef jerky or sausage sticks. One thing I did note is that the expiration date is in December 26th of 2023, so these snacks, despite being vacuum sealed don't seem to offer a good snack for long term storage with an expiration less than 6 months away.
