Having the gurgling sound of water adds ambience but also soothing and relaxing to one's nerves. This small unit provides that water falling sound that is on all the time, just have to remember to keep the basin filled. Glad I got this for the office.

After reading reviews, and narrowing down my search, I finally chose this one and hoped for the best. I am SO. HAPPY.The sound level and ambience is absolutely perfect for what I needed! It's not overly stimulating, and instead, it's very soothing. There are no weird lights. It was also easy to assemble!

The media could not be loaded.  It's exactly as I hoped, you can hear the trickling across my small home office, and the pump is totally silent. It took 2 minutes to assemble with no tools. The media could not be loaded.  I love the sound, the way the water cascades, and the little light emitting on the rocks and fountain. The sound could put you to sleep. It’s not too loud or to quiet either. Noting to complain about!

I bought this to replace a fountain that broke and to be honest was much more expensive...and I like this one way better. If you like the noise of a fountain trickling...this is the one I would get!
