Just what was needed for the golf cart. My husband loves it and says it works really well. Easy to attach to golf cart.

I upgraded the usb to 3.0 as part of this fan installation (upgrading from 500 mA to 900mA hoping to get more power as this is 3.0 compatible). I should have tested it pre swapping out usb to see the difference. I did try to test an older usb fan I had laying around to compare and it would no longer work on the high speed (strangely it worked on level 1 and 2, I am not an engineer and can’t explain that one).The fan is smaller than I thought. I ended up mounting to the door works piece instead of the cart frame. With door works installed and that front little quarter piece in place, there was not a good placement on the cart frame.The fan itself does generate more air than I expected and much more than my older fan (albeit on level 2 for that older one).I do wish it was a little bigger, but I am keeping it.

These fans genuinely are a game changer for a relaxing ride at anytime of the day. Helps with the heat and the bugs! You won’t regret this purchase!

The fans are small but push a lot of air for the size and are easy to install and use.

Nice little fan, however if you have a Sunbrella on your cart you can't put it on the front. Love how it attaches to the frame and you can put it on the back frame. However, the cord doesn't reach the USB port on the cart. It also won't run unless you have a separate power pack. I will be returning the fan. It also, does have a somewhat high pitch noise when running one the top 2 speeds.I do wish all fans attached to golf carts like this one does.

One good feature of this fan: it works extremely well at 3 different speeds when you plug the USB connection into a power outlet. Only one problem: this particular fan requires a separate power source not provided. Golf carts don't have internal power sources, so bring your own (admittedly that may change in our modern technical era). A round of golf usually takes about 4 hours. I'm curious: is there a stand-alone power bank on the market that will last 4 hours? If so, then all you have to do is find a way to secure it to the fan's USB without it hitting you in the mouth while traveling over fairly rough terrain at some 15 to 20 MPH. The good news: as usual, Amazon allowed me to return it without an argument. Potential solutions to the problem: one, add a built-in battery source so the USB can do its job; two, rewrite the product description to state that you must bring your own power source (absolute requirement for dudder-heads like myself who were raised in the 1950s)

Bought these less than 4 months ago and one already not working. Sent email about returning and got no response so not too sure about these.
