I had high hopes taking this out of the box as my back is often aching from sitting in a work chair working from home, and my posture has gotten worse and I have a pretty bad curve even when walking. I am young and can follow instructions well let me just say. This product was all problems right out of the box. The stretch and strap material feels poor quality and has tiny strings coming off it. Then came trying to put it on, even worse. The instructions are vague and short with unhelpful diagrams. The item did not come with the straps threaded through the loops like it said it would have on the box, and it didn't seem to connect properly no matter which way I did it. Then when I got it the best way I could, there was not enough space to sufficiently tighten the strap to have any impact. It also kept sliding up my back no matter which way you have it. So all of that for me just to have a loose strap backpack that is useless. Bad.

After viewing others of nearly the same style and appearance, I purchased this one. It seems to be too small and said it was 1 size fits all. I am a mid size male, 192 lbs... just barely fit. Was biting into arm pits when worn for hours over 3 days. I can see that over time it could help with posture, but it would be tough to wear this. Not sure if there are really any that will be comfortable so... food for thought! Returned it.

I feel like I don’t stand with my shoulders back which leads to problems

The product’s straps are way too short, it’s uncomfortable and awkward to wear. Lacks quality.

I use a small backpack when I walk daily and my shoulders were slumping. I now wear this under my backpack and it has straightened my back and brought my shoulders back where they belong. My posture is so much better, even when I am not wearing it. Be sure to follow the instructions and increase wear time gradually. Has also reduced back pain.

I'm not a big fan of the product.First, it's hard to put on with no help.Second, it's not super firm.Finally, I received the medium size and it's doesn't fit well.Unfortunately, I'll return it and look for a better product.

I have had terrible posture for all of my 71 years, with resultant back and shoulder stiffness and pain radiating down my back. Massage helps temporarily, but who can afford massages these days? In two days, this product has me now starting to sit up properly for the first time. I have wished for this device for decades. And I'm getting better at putting it on. Thank you so very much!
