The media could not be loaded. At first, my partner and I were a bit hesitant about buying a laptop from a new brand. We weren't sure if it would live up to our expectations or if it would be a good and reliable laptop at all. But we took the leap, and we are so glad we did it!The laptop came with preinstalled Windows 11 and setting it up was a breeze, and the user experience has been incredibly smooth. It has got an Intel Celeron processor which is excellent to handle all our task, whether we're working on documents, browsing the web, or streaming our favorite shows. It even runs multiple applications without any problems, that's has made our work and study sessions more efficient and easy. Storage capacity is more than sufficient for our files and entertainment needs.One thing that we were really looking for was a lightweight and fast laptop, it is incredibly easy to carry around. The 14-inch size is just perfect, and the slim profile ensures it doesn't weigh us down.We were a bit skeptical at first due to its affordability, but the Jumper laptop has proven to be a true value for money. We honestly don't regret our decision at all.

I decided to buy a new laptop to replace an elderly one that had become increasingly slow, especially when connecting to the Internet. I hadn't heard of this make but decided to take a risk and buy one with a 14inch screen. It arrived sensibly packaged and I managed to set it up and running very quickly despte my limited computer skills. I was very impressed by the screen, the greatly improved speed of downloading files from the Internet and then how easy it was to use. The battery life seems much better too.Sadly, however, turning it on became more and more of a problem. I took it for repair, only to fiind the fault was in the motherboard and that couldn't be replaced at any sensible cost.So having given it a 5-star review, I was a bit worried when the on-off button seemed to be dodgy. The problem got worse as time went on and as the window for returning it was closed, I took it to have the problem investigated. It turned out the button was fine and the problem was with the motherboard.Soon after that, it turned itself off permanently. Replacing the motherboard would cost more than buying a replacement so it is off to the recycling bin.

The media could not be loaded. I needed to update our Home laptop. I didn't want to spend too much but wanted a good value for money purchase which will last and not out date too quickly. I looked at some other well known brands but decided on the Jumper laptop because of its specification and excellent price. Buying on Amazon Prime day also gave an additional discount which I was pleased with. At £279.90 this is great value for money.The casing looks attractive and its nice and compact which was what I wanted. It fires up very quickly and 256GB storage is excellent although most storage is on the cloud now. I'm a bit old fashioned though so like some decent hard drive storage.Switching on, just beware of the language option as I clicked by mistake on italian as the mouse pad is quite sensitive. This meant that I had to go through the system then change the keyboard language to english but it wasn't a problem.As you can see from the pictures and video the quality of the screen is excellent and the HD visuals. There is also a useful keypad cover in the box which protects the keyboard and stops any dust getting in the machine.All in all i'm very pleased with this laptop purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to update their home laptop, work laptop or student laptop. I would also expect it to perform excellently on gaming with the excellent visuals.

The media could not be loaded. Great little laptop; lightweight, good size and quick! Solid feel to it, despite its lack of weight. I can have multiple applications open and access them so easily, so the 12gb of RAM was worth it. Multiple ports means it’s serves my needs there as well. That good that my son has ordered one now… 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Superfast laptop, easy to set up I was extremely happy. I noticed the laptops internal temperature was quite high (86c)Did email seller, got no reply. I thought about it a while & decided to try the Klim Cyclone fan platform, made a massive difference so decided to keep it. However, it then developed a graphics display problem which there was no recovery from.Contacted Amazon to start the returns process. (Laptop purchased 04/07/23 returned (14/08/23).

Truly awful, 😞 bought for my sons birthday in Aug, completely dead by March … I know why is was so cheap now.

This is such a great buy. Love the fact that it is so lightweight which, means taking it with me is no problem at all. Compact and has everything I need. Very easy to set up. Great screen resolution - images very clear. Keyboard has a great light touch as well. Battery has a long life. I have found that I am not having to plug it in as often as I did with my old laptop. I would and indeed have recommended this laptop.
