PCIe M.2 NVMe Adapter RIITOP NVMe or AHCI M Key SSD to PCIe 3.0 x4 Card (Support 2280,2260,2242) with Heat Sink

Works perfectly. It's not the most beautiful looking thing when the heatsink is on, but it doesn't need to be. It just needs to work and man does this thing work! My M.2 slots only operate on PCI-E 2.0 which would cap out at just over 1GBps. This card allows it to go full speed. I purchased this with the Corsair MP500 240GB drive and, with it plugged into this card, the speeds I get are precisely what they're supposed to be: Write/Read 2.4GBps/3GBps. Temps on the drive with the heatsink installed is 50C which is much cooler than without it.I also have no PCI-E x4 slot but this will install in a spare x16 slot with no problems. Also, if your M2 drive has a brand label over the chips, you'll need to remove the label in order for proper heat transference.

Great NVMe adapter. Everything works as intended and is plug and play. No drivers are needed for the adapter itself. The SSD heatsink is a nice bonus!
