so, yes. i did receive the product broken at first, HOWEVER, they were kind enough to send a replacement once i contacted them with proof of the faulty smashed product, an the second time it was wrapped up well enough that it has been working flawlessly ever since, my tortoise loves it, it has had zero issues, an honestly? i expected it to break, these bulbs break so easy even if you just shake them the inside comes loose, so i am impressedhere is huyana, chilling in the heat ♥

My frilled dragons bulb blew and my local reptile store did not have any in stock either.I came on here and found exactly what I needed and it was cheaper too, and to make it even better it came next day delivery. My frilly and I are both happy again.The bulb itself was well packaged and safe during transport so it reached me in good condition and all worked well.highly recommended service, thank you.

This product is very well priced compared to what you may see in a pet store and this lamp has actually lasted longer than some of my other pet shop lamps. The lamp is a little too warm for my lizard however the tank is quite high so he can easily cool himself down by going to the bottom of his tank. I would perhaps consider getting a less intense lamp if your vivarium tank is shorter but it is doing great for me!

Have brought this bulb a couple of times, thinking it was my setting that was broken, but the bulbs keep blowing, brought another one and after a month of usage the bulb has blown again.Would not buy again, as they do not last.

Good bulb overall but blew after just over a month and I don’t think that’s good enough for a £10 bulb!! But i do get its random just annoyed my window to get a refund is over

I ordered this bulb for my Marginated tortoise as he has just come out of his first hibernation. I already have a UV D3 bulb which is fine in the summer but doesn't give off much heat in the winter so wanted to add more heat to his tortoise table. I have both lamps suspended at one end of the table and he loves basking under the new heat lamp. I think it's also improved his appetite, he has been out of hibernation for 3 days now and is very active and eating and drinking. I think it would have taken him a bit longer to get back to normal using just the UV D3 bulb on it's own. Very pleased with the bulb.
