I bought these to put over my dog bowls. They don’t fit tight, it was just to keep the other dog out of the other bowl, to keep out bugs or insects, and not getting stale food. They work well. I just don’t use them often enough.

I like the lid it works well stays on well it probably would have worked even better if I ordered the right size. But it does seem stable and looks like it will last a long time. I don’t like putting things in the dishwasher so I hand washed it and dirt comes off easily. So if you get the right size then it should work great. Still use it regardless:)

I ordered the lids so help prevent my dogs food from going stale. My dogs bowl diameter is 8.5, so the XL was the closest size. It covers the bowl but I cannot snap it over their bowl because of the edge. Overall, the fit is not good, but the quality of the lid is good. I’m just resting the lid on the bowl, which is fine for me since their bowls are in a stand. I would say this is a large lid, not an extra large because we have a bigger bowl when we had a bigger dog. But I guess it’s an extra large based on the bowls they sell. The product description is not correct and needs to be updated to exactly say the quantity. I ordered two (2) lids because the picture only showed one (1) lid, which I thought was pricey. I also checked the description to see if it advertised a quantity of 1 but it did not specify. I received a box of six (6) lids. When the other box comes, I will return it. The company needs to update their product description. If I had the right size bowl that didn’t have a lip for the stand, I would recommend because I do like the quality of the lid.

Simple easy lid to cover and seal dog food bowls. Great for when I board my dogs and want to bring the food proportioned and ready to serve. Easy to clean just put it in the dishwasher.

The seal on this cover is pretty great. Pretty air tight. Thick and pretty durable. Would buy again.

Game changer! We have 5 dogs. We make their food from scratch and it’s easier to prep their dishes and add supplements and then store them until meal time. Stackable and sturdy- even with a large amount. So happy!

Messy Mutts did a great job on these dog bowl lids. Because we have several bowls of differing sizes, i thought I also should buy the matching bowls that Messy Mutts makes. Now I can prepare the dogs next meals ahead of time. My wife has RA in her hands but can easily remove these silicon lids.
